Ms. Doğan is a business economist and a state-approved educator. She is shareholder and co-founder of the Vielfalt Group.
Her work focuses on language education &

development as well as sustainable parenting. She was the project manager and representative for intercultural affairs of various educational institutions and opened  a German-Childcare-Center in Istanbul, Turkey for a berlin-based educational provider.
As the chairwoman of the advisory board, she is responsible for the educational profile of the Vielfalt Group.

PROF. DR. KARIM FEREIDOONI

Ruhr University Bochum

Prof. Fereidooni is professor of didactics of social science education at the Ruhr-University Bochum (RUB).
His research focuses on school research, political education, diversity studies, critique of racism in educational institutions and bullying.

Prof. dr. Nilüfer Narli

Bahçeşehir University (BAÜ)

Prof. Narlı is chairperson of political sociology at the Bahçeşehir University (BAU).

She is the founding director of the center for health, society and prevention studies (CHSPS).

Her research and publications focus on gender and diversity studies by international comparison.

She is an expert in intercultural and inter-religious education.

Mozilla Firefox

Mr. Topal is senior product manager of the German version of the web browser mozilla firefox.
Coming from the department of german studies, politics and computational linguistics, he worked as an experience designer in the center for inter-cultural competence.
As a member of the advisory board, he advises the Vielfalt Group in digital education as well as association work.

PARIS DEheSTANI

Department of Childhood and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Essen

Ms. Dehestani is a child and adolescent psycho-therapist based in Essen, Germany.

In addition, she provides services for refugees with mental illnesses. As a lecturer, she trains educa-tional providers with focus on mental disorders of different target groups.

She is also a neurofeedback therapist and member of the Essen-Working-Group.
